light controlling circuit - LGF

This circuit uses a light control system wherein the central protein cph8 is a photosensitive protein that can response to red light and block the expression of downstream genes. The state of this two-phases switch can be altered by turning red light on and off, so that the selective production of linalool synthase and limonene synthase is approached.
